BOYA BY-MM2 omnidirectional stereo microphone is designed to be used with cameras and other audio equipment. It can be used with smartphones and tablets, however it will require the use of a Female TRS to Male TRRS adapter cable which is included in the package. Simply plug the microphone into the TRS side of the cable and plug the TRRS side into your smartphone.
